How fast will I hear back?
Most offers go out within 24 hours, and often the same day if you submit in the morning. Larger collections — a few thousand cards, a garage of sealed toys, a pallet of returns — can take an extra day because we go through them piece by piece instead of guessing. If we're going to need more time, we'll email you and say so rather than leaving you waiting.
How do you decide what to offer?
We look at three things: what the item is actually selling for right now (recent sold comps, not asking prices), the condition you've described and photographed, and how quickly it tends to move on Walmart, eBay, Amazon or Mercari. From that we subtract marketplace fees, shipping and the time it takes to list, and the rest is your offer. We'll break the math down for you if you ask — there's nothing secret about it, and we'd rather you feel good about the number than accept one you don't understand.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. Submitting is free, there's no obligation, and we don't do pressure or exploding deadlines. Plenty of people get a number from us just to know what their collection is worth, then decide to hold onto it — that's completely fine. If you'd rather shop the offer around first, go ahead; we'll still be here.
How do I get my items to you?
If you're local, we come to you. We offer free pickup in Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Tomball and throughout Montgomery County, TX, scheduled around your day — including evenings and weekends. You don't need to box anything up or bring it anywhere. If you're outside the Houston metro, we'll arrange prepaid shipping once you accept the offer, so it costs you nothing but the trip to a drop-off point. For anything fragile or high value we'll walk you through packing it safely first.
How do I get paid?
You choose: cash, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Local pickups are paid on the spot, before we load anything into the car — you count it, then it's ours. For shipped items we send payment the same day the box arrives and the contents match what was described. No waiting periods, no consignment, no payment held until something sells.
Do you buy unsorted bulk or mixed collections?
Yes, and honestly it's some of our favorite stuff to look at. Shoeboxes of unsorted cards, tubs of mixed toys, an inherited collection nobody has gone through, closet cleanouts, store returns and pallet lots — you don't have to sort, grade, price or itemize anything. Send a few photos of the piles as they sit and roughly how much there is, and we'll take it from there. Sorting is our job, not yours.
Do items need to be perfect / new with tags?
Not at all. We buy played-with toys, opened boxes, worn activewear in good shape, creased cards and sneakers that have seen a few miles — condition changes the price, not whether we're interested. What matters is that the description is accurate, so just tell us about the flaws you know about and photograph them. We'd much rather see an honest photo of a dinged corner up front than discover it at pickup and have to renegotiate.
Can I sell just one item or do you only want large lots?
Single items are welcome. If it's one graded card, one pair of sneakers or one sealed collectible with real value, send it over and we'll price it like anything else. For very low-value single items we may suggest you'd do better listing it yourself and tell you why — but we'll still give you a straight answer. For local sellers, small pickups get scheduled the same as big ones.
